Creating the perfect listing images is a team effort. Here is how we ensure your property looks its absolute best.

1. Set the Stage (The Pre-Shoot) This is the most crucial step.
   To ensure we capture your property in all its glory, please have the house, grounds and any outbuildings fully prepared before I arrive. The camera sees everything, so clear surfaces, hidden cables and manicured lawns make a massive difference. Think of it as "dressing" the house for a special occasion.
    

2. The Walkthrough & Lighting Check
   Upon arrival, I will do a quick scout of the location. While I have a standard shot list, I let the natural light guide the session. This means I might start in the garden if the sun is shining or tackle the interior first if the clouds are rolling over.
    

3. The Shoot
   I will work methodically through the property, photographing each area to highlight space and flow. If you have booked a drone add-on, this will be slotted in when the weather is calmest. Please note that for safety and equipment protection, I cannot fly in heavy rain or high winds.

To ensure your property shines, here is a quick checklist to run through before the doorbell rings:
 

• Let there be light: Open all curtains and blinds to let natural light flood in. Replace any blown bulbs in lamps or overhead lights.
   

• Declutter surfaces: Clear kitchen worktops of appliances (toasters, kettles e.g. unless they are stylish) and remove fridge magnets.
   

• The exterior matters: Hide wheelie bins, coil up garden hoses and remove car covers or vehicles from the driveway if possible.
   

• Pet patrol: We love animals, but hide the pet beds and food bowls for the duration of the shoot.
   

• Drone ready: If we are flying, ensure the garden furniture is arranged neatly and any washing lines are taken down.
